Meditation is a very important part of Buddhism, as is pilgrimage, which is a journey to a religious place. The title explains how the places involved in the Buddha's life are the most important places of pilgrimage for Buddhists. We will look at the most important places of worship in Buddhism, such as shrines, monasteries, stupas and pagodas. The third chapter discusses how important the holy books are in a Buddhist's life. The final chapter will look at the 'Pali Canon', 'Sanskrit Canon' and other Holy books.
